This session is a personalized energetic healing experience designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re carrying old wounds from childhood, navigating the heaviness of religious trauma, or simply feeling weighed down by emotions that aren’t yours anymore, we focus on the area your soul needs most in the moment.
During your session, I work with Reiki, intuitive energy clearing, and channeled support from your guides to release energetic blocks, soothe the nervous system, and help you reconnect with parts of yourself that have been shut down or silenced. Each session is unique—some people experience deep emotional release, others feel lighter, calmer, or more connected to their inner knowing.
