In our Inner Child Healing session, we'll gently reconnect with the younger parts of you that may be holding onto old hurts, feelings, or beliefs that no longer serve you. These parts are often hidden just beneath the surface, waiting to be acknowledged.

We'll start with a self-reflective energy check-in to understand what your inner child needs most right now. Then, I'll open the space with light language to help you feel safe, nurtured, and centered in your heart.

From there, I'll guide an intuitive healing session. This may involve Reiki, inner child visualization, energetic support, and channeled messages.
