Usui Reiki Level I

Reiki Level I is your first step into the world of energy healing—a gentle, yet powerful initiation into working with universal life force energy. In this foundational course, you’ll learn how to channel Reiki through your hands to support your own healing, and begin offering it to others.

This class is for anyone who feels called to help, heal, and reconnect with their intuitive gifts. No prior experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to learn.

You'll learn:

• What Reiki is and how it works

• The history and lineage of Usui Reiki

• Basic energy anatomy: the chakras and aura

• How to prepare yourself and your space for healing

• Hand positions for self-healing and working with others

• How to give a full Reiki session

• Grounding, protection, and energetic boundaries

• What to expect during and after a session

• Tips for integrating Reiki into daily life

You’ll also receive your Reiki Level I attunement, which opens and aligns your energy channels so you can begin channeling Reiki for yourself and others.

This class is delivered via a pre-recorded video, available to watch at your own pace through a private YouTube link. You’ll also receive a downloadable manual, a certificate of completion, and access to ongoing support if you have questions or need guidance as you begin your Reiki journey.

By the end of this class, you’ll be able to confidently give Reiki to yourself, your loved ones, pets, plants—or anyone open to receiving. This is the beginning of a beautiful healing path, and I’m honored to walk it with you.
